Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IntentLeads Chrome Extension (“the Extension”). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of the Service

IntentLeads enhances the LinkedIn browsing experience by displaying recent engagement data (likes, comments, reactions, and, for Premium users, profile views) directly inside LinkedIn’s interface. It operates fully on the client side, using your existing LinkedIn session to collect information from pages you visit and present them in sortable, filterable formats. The Extension may also classify visible leads against your chosen Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using a hosted API endpoint. Minimal, stripped-down profile data is transmitted solely for this classification.

3. No Affiliation With LinkedIn

IntentLeads is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries.

4. User Responsibility & LinkedIn Account Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Extension uses your authenticated LinkedIn session and fetches data client-side through LinkedIn’s own GraphQL endpoints.
  • LinkedIn may update its platform, rules, or detection systems at any time.
  • You use IntentLeads at your own risk.

Bee Seen LLC and the IntentLeads team are not responsible for:

  • Account restrictions, temporary blocks, permanent bans, or any other enforcement actions taken by LinkedIn.
  • Loss of access, reputation damage, or business consequences resulting from your use of the Extension.
  • Any violations of LinkedIn’s Terms of Service that may result from user behavior, automation practices, or misuse of the Extension.

The Extension is designed to stay compliant by remaining client-side, not altering LinkedIn’s backend systems, and using only data available to the user. Still, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn’s policies.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

IntentLeads follows strict on-device and privacy-focused practices:

  • LinkedIn-sourced data is treated as personal data and processed only ephemerally for your own session.
  • Data is not stored, reused, or transmitted except where explicitly required (e.g., ICP classification with minimal stripped data).
  • The Extension does not permit using its data to train AI systems, build profiles, target ads, or perform consequential decision-making.

By using the Extension, you consent to these data practices.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Seen LLC and affiliated developers are not liable for:

  • Data loss, account loss, or missed business opportunities.
  • Downtime, errors, bugs, or unintended behaviors.
  • Third-party service interruptions, including LinkedIn or the hosted API provider.
  • Damages stemming from LinkedIn policy changes or enforcement.

IntentLeads is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
